退貨政策 Refund Policy

退貨須知

退貨商品須為未經拆封使用，或非人為瑕疵所造成的污損、故障，並保留完整的原始包裝（含外包裝紙盒），否則恕不接受退貨。

以下情況無法接受退貨：

1. 超過七天的商品鑑賞期。

2. 商品已拆封使用，或因人為因素而產生的破壞，如：污損、故障、損毀、磨損、擦傷、刮傷、髒污。

3. 外包裝紙盒輕微的摺痕，不影響商品本身品質。

4. 退貨商品包裝破損不完整，或發票、配件不齊者。

5. 惡意或大量退貨。

如有遇商品瑕疵退貨需求的顧客，請務必在收到商品後 7 天內

1. 以 E-mail: yolandachueh@gmail.com 、私訊Instagram: @yolanda.nails.tw或LINE : @yolandachueh，確認客服人員已接獲退貨需求並進行審核作業。

2. 經客服人員通知退貨申請已通過，請將退貨商品保持完整包裝(含相關物品或文件，如贈品、附件、包裝等)，請等待客服人員提供的地址並寄回

3. 客服人員收到退貨後，經檢視

(1)如商品重大瑕疵後，將執行退款交易(含郵費退貨費用)

退款說明

1. 信用卡付款者：確認退貨成功後，會直接把款項刷退至原付款的信用卡帳號中。

2. 轉帳付款者：確認退貨成功後，則將退款費用轉帳至您提供的銀行帳戶中。

Returns
You have “7” calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Products for return or exchange should be sent to the following address:

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
